Warranty for Damaged Goods:
If your product is damaged during transportation, please contact the shipping company. If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect or low-quality print), please reach out to us at yougu.space@gmail.com, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Policy:
You may return an unused product within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Conditions:
The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:
We cover the shipping costs for returns if the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect.

Product Exchange:
If you received the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one.

Non-returnable Items:
Personalized notebooks, custom gifts, and any other items made to order cannot be returned.
